Stella McCartney unveils latest Spring Resort collection

Stella McCartney\'s Spring Resort 2014 collection British fashion designer Stella McCartney unveiled her Spring Resort 2014 fashion collection in New York, and what a star studded event it was !
A-listers including Madonna, Cameron Diaz, Liv Tyler, Steve Tyler, Anna Wintour and Kate Bosworth were in attendance to see the designer\'s latest collection.
\"Spring is the season to celebrate fashion and life,\" the designer said. \"We wanted to have a little moment of fun. I\'m happy! It\'s spring!\"
The collection included snakeskin jacquard, wild flowers, whimsical hearts, lips and matchstick patterns combined in a palette of pale chamomile, rose pink, lipstick red and monochrome tones.
For evening wear, there were enhanced patterns with shaped hemlines, and necklines were graphic with a curved frame motif tracing the outline of the shoulders.
Being an environmentalist herself, sustainability is featured across Stella’s collection including sustainable wool and wood, organic fabrics, biodegradable rubber soles and eco-faux nappa, with the coating made of over 50 percent vegetable oil.
