Nielsen-Massey’s new flavoured extracts

Nielsen-Massey’s new range of fresh flavours Experiment in the kitchen and heighten your flavours this spring with Nielsen-Massey’s new rose water, lemon and orange flavoured extracts. The bright, sunny and refreshing, pure orange extract serves as the perfect partner to many flavours including strawberry, vanilla, pineapple and chocolate. The sweet and fragrant rose water is an elegant steam distillate of rose petals. Its delicate floral notes are perfect in Middle Eastern, Indian and Greek cuisine and offer a wonderful accent to delicate French pastry glazes and creams. The ideal accessory to compliment the upcoming trend of floral inspired baking. Finally, the lemon extract is full of bright flavour and capable of complementing almost any spring dish. It\'s fantastic with fish and chicken dishes, and blends well with a variety of herbs, including parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic and basil.
The extracts will be available in British Waitrose supermarkets nationwide from the end of April.
