The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa received a phone call from the United States Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
The minister and the Secretary of State exchanged views and discussed severing relations with the State of Qatar and ways to reach an outcome that guarantees security and peace in the region.
Shaikh Khalid stressed the importance of Qatar’s compliance with its previous commitments and the demands made by the boycotting countries in order to achieve the stability of all states and peoples of the region, hoping to move forward with development and progress.A
