House speaker heads for South Africa for Pan-African Parliament meetings

Egypt's House Speaker Ali Abdel Aal left Cairo on Sunday, heading for Johannesburg on a several-day visit.
Abdel Aal will chair the Egyptian parliamentary delegation at the meetings of the Pan-African Parliament.
He will be sworn in before the Pan-African Parliament and deliver Egypt's speech to the meetings, during which he will officially announce restoring Egypt's membership to the African body after an absence of three years.
