Iranian Foreign Minister Assistant for Arab and African Affairs declared that "the Vice President of the Republic of Iraq, Nouri al-Maliki will arrive on Sunday 9, Nov in the capital Tehran on an official visit."
Hussein Amir Abdullahian told the Islamic Republic News / IRNA / "The Vice President Nouri al-Maliki will arrive on Sunday in the capital, Tehran official visit to the country.
He added that "al-Maliki will meet, during his visit, senior Iranian officials during which he discusses the bilateral relations and developments taking place in Iraq and the region, particularly the fight against terrorism."
A source in Maliki's office told / NINA / yesterday: "The Vice President Nouri al-Maliki will visit Tehran to discuss with a number of Iranian officials a number of issues related to bilateral cooperation, especially with regard to the security aspects " .
