Sharjah Ruler attends ceremony of Gulf theatre Festival

His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah attended the final ceremony of the first round of Sharjah Festival for the Gulf theatre, held this evening at the Sharjah Cultural Palace.
In a speech he delivered at the ceremony, Sheikh Sultan said the cultural and theatre fraternity has a key role to play in spreading enlightenment and confronting forces of darkness.
At the end of the ceremony, Sheikh sultan honoured the theatre groups participating in the festival.
