Dr. Sultan bin Ahmad Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of State and CEO of the ADNOC Group, praised today’s visit of Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to the headquarters of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, ADNOC.

He expressed, on behalf of ADNOC’s employees, their appreciation and gratitude to Their Highnesses for their wise directives and support. He also stressed ADNOC’s continuing strategic vision of continuing to be a responsible and credible organisation, which aims to make the best investments in energy sources and manage them in creative ways, to generate the highest economic benefits and contribute to advancing the nation’s development, as a major and effective partner in achieving the UAE’s aspirations.

Dr. Al Jaber stressed that ADNOC is following the directives of the wise leadership, which includes developing its human resources, while adding that its employees are the backbone of the company. He further added that the company is creating and promoting a culture of excellence and productivity while working to achieve its strategic goals, by adopting a culture of innovation and leadership.

He stressed that the co-operation between the employees of its group of companies has led to many positive outcomes, adding that the company is still at the start of its journey of improving its stature in the oil and gas sectors. He further added that they are currently focussing on the ADNOC Strategy 2030 and have started organising a range of initiatives to achieve this strategy.

Dr. Al Jaber stated that ADNOC’s initiatives programme is creating added value. Its initiatives include re-employing capital into new opportunities and implementing projects that promote smart growth, which will benefit the company through combined efforts and experiences in all aspects of the business, to achieve financial and operational success. He added that the implementation of these initiatives will establish an organisational culture based on governance and excellent performance and will have a positive financial and economic effect, as ADNOC is working closely with its partners in the private sector with the same values, goals and responsibilities to support the nation’s economy.

Dr. Al Jaber reiterated the commitment of ADNOC and its employees to working harder and implementing the directives of the wise leadership to make a positive economic contribution and promote the position and achievements of the UAE in all sectors.
