UN special envoy to Libya Martin Kobler said he visited on Thursday St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Cathedral Complex in Abbasiya district in Cairo to extend condolences over the martyrs of the Cairo church blast.
In a tweet posted on his Twitter account, Kobler said he "visited Saint Mark's Coptic Orthodox Cathedral Complex to express my condolences over Sunday's terror attack in Cairo."
In another tweet, the UN representative lauded the constructive exchanges on Libya political process during his meeting with Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shoukry and Armed Forces Chief of Staff Mahmoud Hegazi.
