US Vice President Joe Biden to visit Germany, France and UK

US Vice-President, Joe Biden, is to visit Germany. It is part of a tour of Europe. He is to take part in the Munich Security Conference and meet the Chancellor, Angela Merkel, for talks. He is then set to visit France and UK, as part of the tour. In the morning of his France trip, the Vice President will meet US Embassy staff and families in Paris. Afterwards, the Vice President will travel to the Presidential Palace and meet the French President, François Hollande. Later, Mr Biden will then leave Paris, en route for the UK.
