Blueberry Cup Cake

Ingredients     340 gms butter     340 gms icing sugar     6 eggs     375 gms white flour     8 gms baking powder     Blue smarties, for decoration     For icing : /strong>     600 gms icing sugar     4 egg whites     1/2 a lemon     1/2 tbsp blue colour Preparation     Beat butter with icing sugar until creamy,then slowly add eggs and finally mix in flour and baking powder into the butter mixture.     Fill a paper cup with the above mixture and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 160°C.Remove and keep aside to cool.     To prepare the icing, mix all the ingredients together until you get a smooth mixture.     Next take the cup cake and dip half into the icing mixture and decorate to your desire with smarties.
