2038 employees included in the structures of 25 Bahraini health centres

The Civil Service Bureau (CSB) has completed the confirmation of all health centres' employees, including those of Al-Razi, in the organisational structures of health centres' project, in line with the Cabinet's resolution to approve the new nursing payroll.
In this regard, CSB's Director of Organization & Management Engineering Engineer Jamal A.Aziz Al-Alawi explained that a total of 2038 employees have been included in the organisational structures of the 25 health centres in the kingdpm..
The organisational structures include the creation of new professional nursing positions, like special nursing specialist, general nursing specialist, senior general nursing specialist and midwifery specialist, among others, Al-Alawi added.
The directorate is keen to raise the levels of most of positions as permitted by the standards in CSB, to attract talent and provide an opportunity for employees to develop their performance as well as to get promoted to highest positions, he said.
