Children\'s city of Dubai holds annual customers\' forum

The Children's City of Dubai Municipality has organised an open meeting for its customers as part of the annual 'forum for clients' in order to achieve customer satisfaction on services provided. Naila Al Mansoori, Head of the Children's City, said the forum is a project that allows the city to understand the needs of its major clients to meet their requirements and hear suggestions and complaints to improve customer satisfaction as well as to develop and diversify customer services. The City is specially designed for children to interact and discover together in family and school groups.
