Emotions are contagious

Your mood can affect the mood of people around you. Are emotions contagious? Yes they are. Remember the last time you started feeling down, just because your colleague was sad? Or felt unexplainable excitement about something your friend was continuously talking about? Emotions play with people's mind all the time: be it good or bad. It finally depends on you, what you want people around you to feel. Good emotions Happiness: It is said that one should be happy from within to bring happiness all around him or her. No one is in control of your happiness but you. Therefore, you have the power to change anything about yourself or your life that you want to change. Smile a lot. It costs nothing. Excitement: When you are excited about some news or happening, it immediately shows on your face. And, the aura around you is so contagious that everyone starts feeling good. Bad emotions Anger: Imagine your office space. If a colleague is angry and shouts back at you for every single reason, then you might also lose your temper and blow your top off. This is because, an angry and irrational person can instigate even the most patient individual. Frustration: If you continuously show your frustration in front of someone, it will not only make him/her irritated and spoil the environment, but also make him/her act the same. Control is the key. Impatience: Impatience is one of the most contagious emotions. It can make everyone around you restless.
