But, is the transition phase of winters to summers taking your health at stake? Yes, this is mostly observed, the season change of winter to summer brings along a lot of health troubles and for many it is a tough escape particularly for those who are allergic. But that apart, there are various health troubles shoot-up. There are various viral infections particularly those of respiratory tract, as well as intestinal ones which lead diarrhea. Cases of common cold and coughing take a steep rise in this season over three reasons: extreme changes in temperature of day-night, viral infections and allergens. That apart, earache, backache, joints' pain and headache are also common. Those who're asthmatic are at jeopardy because there's a huge exposure to pollens in the air in this season change phase. Also, eye allergies and neurotic swelling (swelling in nerves) are observed in various cases. To avoid such health issues, ginger and garlic consumption should be increased as they build up strong immunity. Also, include one green leafy vegetable, two fruits, herbal tea, fruit juices and lot of water as part of your daily diet. Keep a pullover/jacket with you for night commuting as temperatures drop by night.
