MSF opens clinic in Irbid for Syrian refugees

The international medical humanitarian organisation, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), on Tuesday opened a Non Communicable Diseases (NCD) clinic to primarily serve Syrian refugees in the northern city of Irbid.
The clinic, set up in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, also provides medical care to underprivileged Jordanian families and helps to ease burdens on local medical resources and secure free treatment to Jordanians.
MSF, or Doctors without Borders, head of mission, Paul Foreman, told reporters that the clinic opened after a long period of planning with the health ministry with the aim of creating the best humanitarian response to provide free medication to Syrian NCD patients.
