No new cases of H7N9 infections were reported on the Chinese mainland in September, China\'s health watchdog said on Friday. A total of 134 people had been infected with the avian influenza virus by the end of September, and 45 of the infected have died, according to a monthly bulletin from the National Health and Family Planning Commission.
