
The Palliative medicine association is due to organize specialized workshops on how to write strategies and scientific researches for doctors, administrators and heads of departments between September 28-29, Oncology Consultants and head of the palliative medicine association, Dr. Khalid Ahmad Al-Saleh, said on Friday.
The first workshop will be presented by strategy development expert Dr. Hazza Al-Fadhli, while the second workshop will be by head of medical statistics department Dr. Amani Al-Basmi on how to review and evaluate scientific papers, Al-Saleh Said in statement.
The workshops will be sponsored by Assistant Undersecretary for Technical Affairs in the Health Ministry Dr. Jamal Al-Harbi and with key support from Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Cancer Awareness Nation (CAN), he added.
Al-Saleh stressed the association role is to support doctors expertise in all fields, which will reflects positively on the patient service and upgrading health services, pointing out that registration is open for doctors and the participants will receive Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.
