Supreme Council of Health (SCH) organized awareness lectures for its staff on proper nutrition and physical activity.
Lectures come as part of the third phase of the Workplace Health Program, one of Qatar National Nutrition and Physical Activity Action plan 2011-2016. The lectures focus on awareness and incentives for change to follow a healthy diet and physical activity.
Topics featured in the lectures included healthy eating in Ramadan, how to practice a healthy diet and control weight during the month, and the important basics of healthy fasting for employees with diabetes and high blood pressure.
