
A team from the World Health Organization (WHO) has finalized its field mission in Cairo to support the health ministry of Egypt in facing the seasonal flu.In a report on Thursday, the organization said that what was going on in Egypt was not an unexpected incident as several countries all over the world are witnessing the peak season of the flu and Egypt was not spared from that.The team has offered a series of recommendations to the Egyptian health ministry to improve the early detection of the disease.The WHO is working with the ministry on training urgent care doctors to improve their skills to provide patients who have the flu symptoms with due care.
