Actress Ayten Amer happy for “The Flood” success

Egyptian actress Ayten Amer expressed her pleasure for the notable success that her new TV drama show “The Flood” achieved, saying that the new drama show managed to achieve high popularity among the Arab fans since the presentation of its first episodes.
She praised her role in the TV drama show, saying that she performed a role of a girl called Dalia who married without the approval of her family, while she faces increasing challenges, including the arrest and imprisonment of her husband. She added that the role she performs in the framework of the new series is complicated so she accepted the role since the beginning without hesitation.
She added that she has not watched the same story when it was presented as a film years ago, stressing that the TV drama show is extremely different from the film, as it discusses the same issues according to the developments witnessed in both Egyptian and Arab socities.
She revealed that she follow the fans’ reactions over her role whether on social media networks or in the street, expressing her appreciation to the fans from all over the Arab world for their confidence. She stressed that the fans reactions are the major standard upon which she depends to assess her works.
She stressed that the new drama show discusses a number of social issues in dramatic framework, saying that it discusses the social challenges facing divorced women in the Arab communities. She expressed her pleasure for participating in “The Flood” TV drama show, saying that it makes her proud to participate in such great work. She expressed her aspiration that the new TV drama show will meet the expectations of her fans in all over the Arab world.
She praised the timing of its presentation , saying that it is important to present drama shows outside the drama season of Ramadan which includes the presentation of a large number of drama works.
