14 year-old girl killed by Lebanon security forces

A 14 year-old girl was killed and 5 other people were wounded during a raid by Lebanese forces in Baalbek on Saturday. The military forces were attempting to arrest the wanted fugitive Saad Allah Zouaiter in the Sharawna neighbourhood of Baalbek. The suspect was wounded along with 4 others, while Tania Manni was identified as the killed teen. Security sources said that the army applied tight security measures in the city following the incident to arrest the suspect.
