
Eighteen members of Daesh group were killed on Saturday by the Iraqi forces supported by the jets of the international coalition in various areas of the Arab country.
The aircraft of the international coalition carried out six raids, according to a statement by the Iraqi Defense Ministry.
Two raids were launched in Anbar leaving a militant killed and damaging a hotbed of Daesh.
In Baiji, two raids were carried out killing five militants and damaging their vehicle. The planes launched two raids also in Mosul resulting in the death of a terrorist and destroying a base for launching missiles, the statement said.
The Salah Eldin operations command managed to carry out a military operation near Baiji oil refinery and killed 10 extremists, damaged their car and a house that the militants was taking as a hotbed.
