
Iraqi forces on Friday killed 27 Daesh militants in Ramadi.
A statement by the Iraqi Defense Ministry said fixed and mobile targets along with defense sites belonging to Daesh in Anbar's Fallujah were also bombed.
The statement added that the Special Operations Command, stationed in Anbar, continues its operations in areas that were previousily controlled by Daesh militants along with securing nearby roads of Ramadi.
Earlier in the day, Iraqi forces killed 90 Daash militants in Anbar, while Kurdish Peshmerga forces repulsed an attack of dozens of Daash militants in Nineveh's Jebel Sinjar.
