Three takfiris were killed, 11 suspects nabbed and 40 terrorist hotbeds destroyed in a security campaign in south Arish, Sheikh Zuwaid and Rafah, a security source said Tuesday.
Also six deserted homes and four huts used as terrorist hideouts and launch pads against army and police were destroyed.
The security forces also found large amounts of arms, ammunition and bombs as well as leaflets with instructions on how to make explosive devices.
