Eleven people have been killed and 30 more injured in military raids on western Kirkuk.
Sky News carried the news Friday without giving further details.
The US embassy here has confirmed that Iraq got more than 15 million pieces of artillery and that 12 Iraqi pilots received training in the US to be able to face Islamic State militants.
