At least 61 terrorists of Daesh were killed in military operation in the western Iraqi province of Anbar.
The Iraqi forces were backed by air strikes that were staged by the US-led international coalition.
Meanwhile, the Iraqi military - backed by at least 20,000 Shiite militiamen - is fighting to regain control of Tikrit from Daesh.
