Observer of Algerian security forces Daoud Mohamed Sharif revealed that they arrested three suspects believed to be involved in the bombing attempt in Malik bin Nabi city, Bashar province in south Algeria.
He said in a press conference on Thursday, that the arrest of those suspects came as a result of the efforts exerted by professional counter cyber crime forces, noting that the case is still under investigation by the public prosecutor.
The Algerian government forces managed to dismantle a traditional home-made bomb which was found in Malik bin Nabi city in the last year. According to local sources, the bomb was found inside the campus of the educational institution, and the Algerian security was informed of the incident, so they cordoned off the site to find the bomb, and evacuated the students and educational staff, to avoid any potential losses.
