
Arab League Secretary-General, Nabil Al Araby, has met with Libya's Prime Minister, Ali Zeidan. During the meeting, the parties discussed the latest developments in Libya, particularly the forming of a commission to draft a new constitution on February 20th. The Arab League's Deputy Secretary-General, Ahmed bin Hilli, said that the meeting also covered the preparations for an upcoming international conference on 6th and 7th March, to be held in Rome, on Libya's security and stability and setting up new institutions. It also reviewed the Arab League's meeting of foreign ministers and the Arab Summit to be held in Kuwait in March. bin Hilli noted that that Libya's Prime Minister briefed Al Araby on the developments and efforts to achieve security and stability in Libya and the drafting of a new constitution.
