Bomb explodes near Gaza security fence

An explosive device exploded Tuesday morning near the security fence separating Israel and Gaza, Israeli media outlets reported. No injuries were reported. In a related context, Voice of Israel radio quoted a senior official in the Islamic Jihad as saying that his movement is not interested in any political escalation with the Israeli occupation, pointing out to the recent talks that were conducted between leaders from Hamas and Jihad movements and Egyptian officials to achieve stability in the ceasefire truce.
