Lebanese Interior Minister, Marwan Charbel says he is hopeful that the Lebanese kidnapped in Syria will return to their families by the end of this month.Speaking in a TV interview, Charbel also said that the government would only be overthrown by a constitutional agreement between political parties. \"In Lebanon, we try to reach an understanding before the occurrence of the problem with cooperation between different parties,\" he said. Charbel added that his recent visit to Sidon after the death of three followers of Sheikh Ahmed Alasari in clashes with Hezbollah came after instructions from the Prime Minister, Najib Mikati to supervise deployment of security forces in the area. He confirmed that the issue of turning Sidon into a military zone will be discussed in the cabinet after approval from Sidon activists and Palestinian forces. \"The issue must be approved by the Lebanese army at first,\" he said.
