
Clashes erupted in Egypt\'s Suez governorate on Thursday night during curfew hours when supporters of ousted president Mohammed Morsi tried to hold rallies in the streets. Clashes erupted when military forces cordoned them, unknown gunmen then begun firing at security checkpoints, which led to chaos in the area. A military source stated that army forces have informed Islamists that they cannot hold marches between the hours of 7:00 pm to 6:00 am, stressing that they must adhere to the law or face forceful measures if they violate these rules.
