Egypt crash kills 30 as minibuses collide

Thirty people died in a collision between three minibuses on Monday in Egypt's southern Aswan province, medical and security sources said.
Another 15 people were injured in the crash near Edfu, some 930 kilometres (575 miles) south of Cairo.
The accident is thought to have been caused by speeding.
Traffic accidents are common in Egypt where roads are often poorly maintained and traffic regulations little enforced.
In August, at least 31 people were killed and 41 injured in a collision near the Sinai Peninsula resort of Sharm el-Sheikh on the Red Sea.
According to the World Health Organisation, Egypt has an annual roads fatality rate of nearly 12,000 people.
Last year there were more than 15,000 road accidents in the country, official figures published in June showed.
