Egypt\'s grand imam calls for urgent dialogue

Grand Imam of al-Azhar Sheikh Ahmed el-Tayeb has called on all political forces in Egypt to come together and hold an urgent dialogue to salvage the country. In a press statement, Tayeb said: \"Egypt\'s unity must come first. It is above all considerations. The division in Egypt must be ended immediately as it may drag Egypt to a real catastrophe. \"Everyone should take the responsibility before God, the country and history to take serious and immediate steps to overcome this crisis,\" he added.
