Egypt's Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmy said that President Adly Mansour will focus during his speech before the Arab Summit on an anti-terrorism agreement. The Arab agreement should come into force now after its ratification by Arab states, Fahmy said in an interview with Egyptian private "Al-Hayat" channel from Kuwait. Fahmy noted that Egypt has asked Arab countries not to provide a shelter to terrorists. As for a rift between Qatar and several Arab states, Fahmy expects that the Kuwaiti emir will seek reconciliation. Commenting on the Syrian crisis, Fahmy said: "The Syrian opposition coalition will represent Syria in the summit, but will not get a seat unless it meets the conditions of the state." Egypt's top diplomat said Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has called on Arab foreign ministers to hold a special meeting over the latest Palestinian developments. From: MENA
