Egypt\'s el-Wasat drafting constitution

A new constitution has been drafted by the head of Egypt’s el-Wasat Party, Abul-Ela Madi. The constitution will focus on improving society and making amendments to Sharia law. Madi said in a press statement that "the Drafting Committee has prepared nearly half of the Constitution which will be presented at a meeting on Tuesday August 28.” He also added that there will be further discussions regarding human rights.
