French President Francois Hollande expressed Monday his desire to run for a second term, in next year's presidential elections.
Hollande told the press today that he will only run if he felt he had a good chance to win. He added that if he were to lose the elections, he would retire from politics. Hollande acknowledged that winning the upcoming elections will be a challenge.
The current French President said he expected former President Nicolas Sarkozi to run against him in 2017.
