Hamas says to reject possible government

Hamas has rejected any Palestinian government if it would abide by the conditions of the Middle East Peace Quartet.
"That government would be a government of Fatah and has nothing to the reconciliation agreement," a spokesman of Hamas, which runs the Gaza Strip, said.
Spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri held Fatah's leadership responsible for any outcome.
Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad Al-Maliki has said the new Palestinian government would abide by the Quartet's principles.
