
The Special Tribunal for Lebanon announced Wednesday that trial in the Hariri assassination case will restart in 18 June. The decision came during the STL's Trial Chamber status conference held last Monday said the Tribunal, which is based in Leidschendam, outside the Hague in the Netherlands, in a statement. During the status conference case there was also discussion of Lebanon's cooperation with the STL. On this the Trial Chamber stated that if Lebanon does not have in its possession material requested by the STL, it should communicate this to the Tribunal.
