Libyan envoy to International Criminal Court (ICC), Ahmed Jehani, says that his country has given the court all documents to decide the location of Saif al-Islam Gaddafi’s trial. Jehani said: "Libya has provided the required documents for the International Criminal Court to decide the location of Saif al-Islam Gaddafi’s trial on the scheduled time." He confirmed that Libya responded to all inquiries made ??by the court, pointing out that ICC officially accepted that on January 23, which is "the previously agreed upon date to provide the required documents of the case." Libya’s envoy to ICC said that the verdict is expected to be issued in the first week of March. He pointed out that ICC has nothing to do with Saif al-Islam’s trial which took place in Zintan criminal court recently. On the other hand, Jehani pointed out that "former intelligence chief Abdullah Senussi is still wanted by the International Criminal Court," noting that Libya is completing the appeals procedures in order to put Senussi on trial inside Libya.
