Local sources in Yemen's Aden province have confirmed to Arabstoday the arrest of suspects in connection with the kidnapping of Saudi Deputy Consul, Abdullah al-Khaledi. The sources ruled out the motive being related to political reasons, as the primary indications of the investigation have tied the incident to a family dispute between al-Khaledi and his Yemeni wife. The sources revealed that Yemeni security forces have started a search operation to locate al-Khaledi, stating from security information that he was in a good health. However authorities will not reveal any official information about the logistics of the rescue operation before al-Khaledi is released.
