
Kuwait's non-government campaign (Al-Bonyan) has distributed humanitarian aid to 600 displaced Syrian families in Lebanon. In a press statement, the campaign said that the aid which included blankets, carpets and money were distributed to displaced Syrian families in the northern Akkar district. For his part, Chief Executive Officer of the Union of Aid Organizations in Al-Abdah of Akkar Ayash Ahmad expressed gratitude for the officials of Bonyan campaign and Kuwaiti people for their support and donations for Syrian refugees. Financial Manager of the Association of Islamic Education in the city of Akroum in Akkar Ahmad Al-Khateeb lauded the humanitarian efforts of the Kuwaiti campaign. Source: KUNA
