
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Monday received Yemeni President Abd Rabuh Mansur Hadi, in presence of His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, at the Amiri Airport. The Yemeni leader and the accompanying officials arrived in Kuwait earlier today starting an official mission. Official talks between the two sides were held. The Kuwaiti side was headed by His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah. Hadi headed the Yemeni party in the official discussions. Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah said the discussions dealt with means of cementing brotherly bonds between the two countries, in addition to issues of common concern. Later, His Highness the Amir held a luncheon for the eminent guests at the airport. Hadi and the delegation were greeted upon arrival by His Highness the Amir along with His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Parliament Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim, Deputy Chief of the National Guard Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Minister for Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah, along with a host of ministers and senior commanders of the Army, Police, and National Guard.
