Meshaal to visit Gaza next month

Palestinian sources confirmed to Arabstoday that Hamas political leader, Khaled Meshaal, will visit the Gaza Strip next month. The sources said that Mashaal will attend the 25th festival of launching Hamas on December 14. The former adviser to Haniyeh, Dr Ahmed Yousef, said that Meshaal\'s first visit to Gaza will be in secret. Palestinian sources said that a member of the Political Bureau to Hamas, Mohammed Nasr, arrived in Cairo on Saturday to finalise arrangements for Meshaal\'s visit to Gaza. Sources expressed Hamas\' concerns about the risks involved in Meshaal\'s visit, especially in light of Israel\'s defeat and the achievement of the Palestinian resistance which succeeded in stopping the Israeli aggression and managed to impose its conditions on the Israeli side.
