
A soldier from the Egyptian army was injured early Sunday ?morning as gunmen shot a Grad missile at the Police Officers’ Club in al Arish., in the Sinai Peninsula. Security sources said the missile was launched from the al-Rissa area in eastern Arish and struck an empty lot in front of the club near the Armed Forces Officers’ Hotel and other ?military facilities. The loud explosion caused the windows of several buildings to break as a thick smoke covered the area. The security sources said a 21-year-old soldier was ?injured in the incident but is now in good condition.
