General Secretary of the Democratic Front Party in Egypt has condemned the decision of President Mohammed Morsi to keep the current regime, despite protests by the Egyptian public calling for change. In a press statement the Party criticised the report delivered by Ambassador Omar Amer, the official spokesperson of Egypt\'s presidency stressing that the Prime Minister Hesham Qandil would remain in his position, saying that the decision will not only provoke anger from the opposition but the general public as well. The Egyptian government also denied any claims published about their intentions to reshuffle the cabinet in the coming weeks. The Democratic Front Party stressed that the Egyptian president Mohammed Morsi should bear the responsibility of the current deteriorating situation in Egypt’s security, economy and social issues. It highlighted that the current ruling regime has failed to deliver on the objectives set out post-revolution.
