Morocco\'s Party of Progress and Socialism (PPS) has called for an end to the current political stalemate, adding that the uncertainty could have an adverse impact on the country\'s economy. The left-wing party, led by Nabil Benabdallah, is part of Morocco\'s ruling coalition which has been dealt a severe blow with the withdrawal of Hamid Chabat\'s centre-right Istiqlal Party. In a statement, the party\'s central political office urged the leading Justice and Development Party (PJD) to find a replacement coalition partner, adding that any delay may undermine the nation\'s credibility on the international stage. The statement added that PPS is willing to work with other political groups to achieve reform.
