Mosque imam assassinated in Yemen

Two unidentified gunmen riding a motorcycle have shot dead the imam of Al Hazm Mosque in Hadramout governorate, southeastern Yemen.
The gunmen belong to the Al Qaeda terrorist organization, according to the Yemeni news agency, which is controlled by the Houthis.
They opened fire at Sheikh al Aydaros Friday night and fled the scene, the Yemeni news agency said.
Aydaros was close to the Houthi group and had previously escaped numerous attempts on his life.
