Head of the Egyptian Congress Party Amr Moussa has called on political parties to accept the National Defence Council's invitation for dialogue under the framework of the conditions drafted by the National Salvation Front. He stressed the importance of talks with the Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi, adding that all national powers must participate in the dialogue for a "better Egypt." He said that accepting dialogue will end the current violence on the streets of Egypt, and will allow the formation of a national unity government based on cooperation between the different powers. Moussa said that the new government would set the date of the parliamentary elections and form the political and legal committee that that would draft the constitutional amendments.
