A 20-year old Turkish man has been arrested in the mass shooting and killing of five people at a mall in Seattle, Washington, police said.
Arcan Cetin, a native of Adana, Turkey was detained early Sunday morning. Police say on Friday he walked into a Macy's department store in a mall north of Seattle and began firing a rifle. He killed four women at a cosmetics counter. A man who was shot later died in hospital. Cetin fled the scene and was on the run for about 24 hours before he was apprehended by police.
Police said there is no known motive for the attack, but so far nothing indicated that it was an act of terrorism. A search of Cetin's social media did not turn up and political or religious motives.
