Police official killed in Quetta

In the continued wave of violence, unidentified armed men killed Superintendent Police (SP) Investigation on Friday near his residence located in the Kili Gul Muhammad area of Quetta. According to the initial reports, unknown attackers riding on a motorbike intercepted the car of SP Jamil Kakar as soon as he left his home. They opened fire at him, killing him at the spot while his guard sustained severe injuries in the incident.
